Like many of you, I am a direct person and like to speak my mind. But I know that if I speak the following 6 things I will be shown the exit door. Chief among them is this phrase called "No Problem", which by itself is a problem. The 6 things to avoid saying are: 1. It's Not F air Everyone knows that life is not fair. Say 'it's not fair' simply suggests that you think work life is supposed to be fair, and you are unhappy with the way things are. Instead of saying "that's not fair", you should stick to the facts, stay constructive, and leave your interpretation out of it. For instance you can say, "I noticed that you gave bigger budget to Alan. Would you mind telling me what goes into that decision? I like to know why you my budget is smaller, so that I can work on improving my work in future." 2.
