So what is it? Our brains function on autopilot most of the time, so it's easy to miss joyful moments you already experience each day. To practice savoring, find a moment you want to savor. it can be anything from enjoying your cup of coffee, working with your crystals, an afternoon walk, etc. Anything you do during the day that you enjoy. Pay attention to the sensations you feel from the moment you choos

This could be due to my vocation as a trainer, coach and consultant.  I reason with people on a daily basis on many things, it could be as simple as pressing the lift bell, wearing masks correctly and how to avoid catching COVID.   But we know that there are at least 8 situations when you simply cannot reason with others.  In fact, these situations are very common and when you don't reason with others, you'll find that you guys can connect better.    You don't have to agree with them.  You can stick to your own beliefs and reasons.  But never talk reason with them.   The 8 situations to NOT Talk Reason are: 1. Reasoning with Your Boss and Customer , especially when he is Adamant  Unless your boss is committing a crime, there is no point in trying to convince him with reason or logic.  Reason: the boss is always right.  Just

How to Go Anywhere Anytime at Almost Zero Cost with Foldable Bicycles W hen it comes to picking a new hobby as a fun way to work out, there are many options to consider. Some people may enjoy trail running, hiking, swimming or even joining an aerobics class at a local fitness studio. How to Be Happy Anytime Anywhere without Spending a Single Cent

People, me included, think of me all the time.  There is a magazine called 'Me'.  The top-selling phone in many countries is called 'I-Phone'.  When AndyTheCoach gets criticized, you won't get upset, but when AndyTheCoach unintentionally says the same words of criticism to you, it becomes a big deal.  Our mind gets incredibly upset by anything that happens to us or is related to us. If our colleague is late for work, we think they must be sleeping late.  But when we ourselves are late, we have good reasons.   Whatever we do seems to be right and whatever others do seems not right.  We see the world through the narrow periscope of 'Me', 'I', 'My' and 'Mine'. There are over 7 billion people in the world yet we think we are the most important.  How to be happy anywhere anytime without spending a single cent?  Think less of yourself.   This self-centeredness causes us too much misery, by paying less attention to ourselves, we will be less

How to Get More Done with Less Time, Less Cost and Less Effort

To get more done with less time, less cost and less effort, you need to be mindful of your productivity.   Productivity is about how much you create and deliver; not just finishing busy work. Don’t overfocus on minor details like having the perfect calendar. Measure your results and your work will improve. Avoid checking your phone, emails, and social media first thing in the morning, which puts you in “reaction” mode. Instead, take a step toward your goals before touching them. Multitasking and switching tasks ruin your productivity. Instead, minimize distractions while you work and remove clutter from your workspace. Don’t work until you’re exhausted; you’ll burn out and had nothing left for the next day. Instead, stop when you feel your productivity decline and take breaks throughout your day to conserve energy. Prioritize your tasks based on importance, not just urgency, so you can maximize the results you get from each workday. Don’t  find  time for the things that are important t
