How Cooperation Came Naturally

Imagine your current work, relationships, or business. What would change if cooperation came naturally, instead of being negotiated, chased, or forced? How much energy are you spending persuading people? Reminding them.  Convincing them.  Managing resistance.  Repairing misunderstandings. What if collaboration didn’t require pressure? Most people think this is personality. “You’re either charismatic or you’re not.” “You’re either likable or you’re not.” That is not true. LQ, Love Intelligence, is not personality. It is a trainable human capability. High LQ people don’t have fewer problems. They simply have more options. When conflict appears, they have more ways to respond.
