Many people say we must work harder to be creative and innovative. But the truth is, creativity doesn’t come from pressure — it comes from alignment. When I return to my SuperME, I’m no longer bound by fear of judgment or failure. My mind opens, my heart relaxes, and new ideas flow naturally. Creativity and innovation become not forced tasks, but natural expressions of who I am. Here are three examples in the workplace: 1. Problem-Solving Meetings A team stuck in endless debate suddenly shifted when one member, living as SuperME, said: “Instead of proving who’s right, let’s focus on what serves the purpose.” That clarity turned conflict into collaboration — and a breakthrough idea emerged. 2.
