Business Integrity the SuperME Way In business, integrity is constantly tested. We see it everywhere: leaders snatching clients from their downlines, competitors undercutting deals, partners chasing profit at any cost. It is tempting to play the same game, to fight fire with fire. Recently a leader tried to pull me away from my manager to his team. He promised more perks and training opportunities. It was tempting to me, and I almost jumped ship. But when I live as my SuperME, the path becomes clear. 1️⃣ Return to Purpose My Purpose is simple: to harness the potential in people. It is not to maximize profits at all costs. So whenever I face integrity issues, I go back to Purpose. The answer is then obvious: if a decision damages people, trust, or truth — it is not aligned with my Purpose.
