Many managers and leaders, in their attempt to coach their people, often end up scolding or de-moralising them. Yesterday my team member consulted me on what to do to close the 2 prospects that he has been following up with.  He asked me how to respond to their text messages.  I really got no time for him, so I simply replied, "Don't do anything".
