In my courses, we often start with something very simple: 👉 “What I like about you.” 👉 “What I want to learn from you.” At first, people laugh. It feels light, almost too simple. But within minutes, the room changes. Hearts open. Eyes soften. Energy shifts. Why? Because for the first time, many people are seen — not for their results, but for who they are. And when we express what we want to learn from someone, we honor them. That creates connection, humility, and mutual respect. I’ve watched strangers become friends, and colleagues turn into allies, just through these two sentences. Some even say, “Andy, that was my breakthrough moment — when I realized I’m valued, and I can also grow.” That’s the power of Purpose, Love, and Gratitude in action. Simple words. Deep transformation.
