Again? US and Israel Bombed Iran

Win Without Fighting: Why Love Is the Highest Form of Thinking

On 28 Feb 2026, the United States and Israel launched coordinated military strikes against Iran in what officials called a pre-emptive attack on perceived threats, an operation that triggered explosions in Tehran and military retaliation across the region. National leaders justified it as necessary for security, while other nations called for de-escalation and diplomatic solutions.

This moment reveals a stark truth:
We do not lack tools.
We do not lack power.
But we lack love, not the sentimental kind, but strategic, courageous, coordinated human intelligence that avoids needless destruction.

War is the oldest fallback of human conflict. It is the moment when listening fails, empathy disappears, and the next generation inherits resentment.

What if there is another way instead of war?  Can we win without wars?

In this cycle, power wins battles, but love wins peace.

“Win without fighting” is not weakness. It’s the ultimate strength.
Sun Tzu taught that the best victory is one gained without battle, that the greatest commanders do not destroy their enemy but transform them. Love Intelligence is the modern extension of that wisdom.

Love Intelligence is the capacity to:

Stay present without reacting in fear
Seek understanding before pushing agenda
Collaborate rather than coerce
Resolve conflicts before they become crises

This is not naive optimism. It is strategic wisdom.

Love is not softness.

It is disciplined, courageous engagement.

When love is stronger than resentment:
• Bridges are built
• Dialogue continues
• Economies stabilize
• Future generations inherit hope

When love is absent:
• Walls go up
• Retaliation follows retaliation
• Old wounds become open sores

“What would it take to resolve this without fighting?”

“What would it take to see the humanity in the other side?”
“What would it take to choose connection over conquest?”

That question is not idealism. It is high-order strategic thinking.

And this is exactly what I will be exploring at my talk:

HOW LOVE INTELLIGENCE CREATES REAL WEALTH IN THE AI ERA
📌 1 Mar (Sun), 1:30–4:00 pm
📌 Union Book Co, 03-01, Bras Basah Complex

In the age of AI, we have tools that can out-think us, out-compute us, even predict our behaviors. But no machine can replace love, the disciplined form of care, courage and connection that creates trust, cooperation, peace, and sustainable success.

Power gets results. Love creates legacy.

Only seven seats remain.  This is not just a talk — it’s a strategic conversation about the future of humanity and leadership.

How I Became a Fortune Teller: Leveraging NLP, Fear and Greed, and Motivational Theories

Becoming a fortune teller wasn’t part of my childhood dreams. It started as an experiment, fueled by my curiosity about human behavior and the subtle forces that drive our decisions. Over time, what began as a study of psychology and human interaction evolved into an unexpected career—one where I use the tools of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), the primal drivers of fear and greed, and motivational theories to help people uncover their paths. The First Step: Understanding the Human Psyche I was always fascinated by why people do what they do. During my university years, I studied psychology, particularly the works of Abraham Maslow, B.F. Skinner, and Victor Vroom. Their theories provided insights into motivation, reinforcement, and decision-making. But I wanted to move beyond the academic realm and see how these theories worked in real life. Around this time, I discovered NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). This framework for understanding communication and behavior is based on the...

If Not You, Who Else?

I learnt this very powerful 5-word phrase from Singapore's highest ever box-office movie ever: "Ah Boys to Men II". In one scene, the recruits were about to start their 3-day field camp.  Their Officer-in-Command asked them, "Before we moved out, anybody not feeling well?"  All the soldiers replied loudly, "No Sir!!!" "Gentlemen", continued the Officer, "Every time the training gets tougher, one thought comes to your mind, 'Why Must I Serve National Service?' "My answer to you is, 'If Not You, Then Who Else?'" Wow!  What a powerful phrase!  If Not You, Who Else may mean: You are the most suitable person, and we can't find anyone better than you.  This is appreciation at the highest level How can you push this responsibility to someone else? I am making a request to you specifically, please don't reject my request Can you find me another person more suitable than you? Please refer me anot...
