How LQ Creates WQ

Let me start with a simple question.

Why do some people with very high IQ remain poor…
while others with average intelligence build enormous wealth?

Think about it.

The world is full of brilliant people who struggle financially.
And at the same time, there are people who are not exceptionally smart, yet opportunities seem to flow to them.

So what is the difference?

The difference is not IQ.

The difference is WQ — Wealth Intelligence.

And today I want to share something surprising.

The fastest way to increase your Wealth Intelligence… is actually through Love Intelligence.

Let me share a true observation from the corporate world.

Two sales directors were working in the same company.

Both were intelligent. Both understood the products well.  Both had strong sales skills.

But their results were very different.

The first director was aggressive and highly competitive.
He pushed people hard, criticized mistakes quickly, and focused only on targets.

His team performed… but they were always stressed.  People left the department frequently.  Clients also felt pressured.

The second director operated differently.

He practiced what I later called Love Intelligence.

He cared about his team’s growth.
He spoke honestly but respectfully.
He built genuine relationships with clients.

Because of that, something interesting happened.

His clients trusted him more.  They introduced him to other clients.

His team worked harder voluntarily.

Within a few years, his department produced much higher revenue.

Not because he was smarter.  But because he created trust, loyalty, and cooperation.

That is Love Intelligence creating Wealth Intelligence.

Let me explain the deeper principle.

Wealth is rarely created by intelligence alone.

Wealth is created through people.

  • Investors trust you.
  • Customers buy from you.
  • Employees support you.
  • Partners collaborate with you.

All of these depend on trust.

And trust is built through Love Intelligence.

In my work, Love Intelligence is built on three powerful human qualities:

Care.
Courage.
Connection.

  • Care means you genuinely want others to succeed.
  • Courage means you make responsible decisions and speak the truth when it matters.
  • Connection means you build relationships that go beyond transactions.

When these three combine, something powerful happens.

  • People want to work with you.
  • Opportunities come to you.
  • Information flows to you.

And suddenly, your WQ: Wealth Intelligence — expands dramatically.

In Chinese wisdom we say something very important:

财从德来, wealth follows virtue.

  • Virtue creates trust.
  • Trust creates cooperation.
  • Cooperation creates wealth.

This is why in today’s AI era, Love Intelligence is becoming even more valuable.

AI can generate knowledge.

But AI cannot create human trust.

And trust is the foundation of wealth.

If you want to understand how to apply this idea in your life and career, I wrote a book called Love Intelligence.

In this book I explain how to build the kind of character, influence, and trust that naturally attracts opportunities and wealth.

Because the truth is simple:

When your Love Intelligence increases,
your Wealth Intelligence expands automatically.

Today I have brought the book Love Intelligence for those who want to go deeper.

One copy is $35Or you can get two copies for $39.90 — one for yourself and one to share with someone important.

Because the world already has enough intelligence.

What the world needs now…is more Love Intelligence.

And when Love Intelligence rises, Wealth follows.

Thank you.

How I Became a Fortune Teller: Leveraging NLP, Fear and Greed, and Motivational Theories

Becoming a fortune teller wasn’t part of my childhood dreams. It started as an experiment, fueled by my curiosity about human behavior and the subtle forces that drive our decisions. Over time, what began as a study of psychology and human interaction evolved into an unexpected career—one where I use the tools of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), the primal drivers of fear and greed, and motivational theories to help people uncover their paths. The First Step: Understanding the Human Psyche I was always fascinated by why people do what they do. During my university years, I studied psychology, particularly the works of Abraham Maslow, B.F. Skinner, and Victor Vroom. Their theories provided insights into motivation, reinforcement, and decision-making. But I wanted to move beyond the academic realm and see how these theories worked in real life. Around this time, I discovered NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). This framework for understanding communication and behavior is based on the...

If Not You, Who Else?

I learnt this very powerful 5-word phrase from Singapore's highest ever box-office movie ever: "Ah Boys to Men II". In one scene, the recruits were about to start their 3-day field camp.  Their Officer-in-Command asked them, "Before we moved out, anybody not feeling well?"  All the soldiers replied loudly, "No Sir!!!" "Gentlemen", continued the Officer, "Every time the training gets tougher, one thought comes to your mind, 'Why Must I Serve National Service?' "My answer to you is, 'If Not You, Then Who Else?'" Wow!  What a powerful phrase!  If Not You, Who Else may mean: You are the most suitable person, and we can't find anyone better than you.  This is appreciation at the highest level How can you push this responsibility to someone else? I am making a request to you specifically, please don't reject my request Can you find me another person more suitable than you? Please refer me anot...
