Training Charity

As a Lion member since 2004, I have been involved, in a small way, numerous charity projects.  In October 2017, I decided that instead of actively involved in charity projects, I am actively involved in training charity projects. That's why I take up this training project that pays me NO training fee. A public service project, this 3-days powerful training program with 3 international trainers complete with meals and materials is waiving training fee for all the Singapore participants. Instead of paying the old RMB 20,000 or S$4,000, we only collect from you a mere S$299 to cover costs of overseas Trainers, venue, meals and materials cost for a 3-days program. Psychological Selling

As we know, customers have certain psychology and they behave in ways consistent with their thinking. Unfortunately, most salespeople sell the way they were taught without understanding customers psychology. For example, most are trained on overcoming objections when what they should focus on is knowing customers deeper needs and create win-win solutions. For the first time ever in Asia, we combined the science of psychology with proven practical sales strategies and tactics. Now you can pick up sales skills seldom taught with a very special Christmas offer from us: PSYCHOLOGICAL SELLING Date: 27/12 Wed 9 am to 5 pm Venue: 7500A Beach Rd 02-346 Fee: Special $149 each (usual $398)         2 pax at $99 each (67% off)    5 pax at $80 each + 1 FREE seat (84% off) Contents: 1. 3 Steps to Psy. What Surprised Me in Switzerland

As we know, Switzerland is a beautiful tourist haven for many.  From my recent 16 days trip, I got some nasty surprises too: The smoking rate is pretty high for such a developed country that is well known for pharmaceutical and health sciences.  If you see 2 adults standing, likely one of them is smoking. Everywhere people smoke: inside train stations, door of restaurants, just outside museums, ski mountains etc People are friendly generally, they just don't smile often and appear to be cold Trains are very punctual and fail-proof, the train tickets are, like everything in Switzerland, expensive Unlike Spain or other European countries, it is not common to find beers being served in fast-food restaurants.  Also, beer is not cheaper than soft drinks , unlike Spain and other countries Eating at restaurants can cost you an arm and a leg .   That's why Swiss seldom eat out.  But we managed to find small eateries that charged very low for very tasty food....

5 Good Things You Must Know About Switzerland

I just came back from Switzerland Holidays, and these are the 5 good things about Switzerland that we too can learn from: Perfect public transport system comprises of trams, buses, above-ground trains, underground trains, mountain trains, cable cars, and boats.  They even have real-time arrival time of trams and buses using GPS United but not uniform .  Switzerland is actually not a country but a confederation making up of 26 cantons, which are federal states that have very great power. There is little central government control, unlike China or Russia. Every canton is like an independent country, with their own laws, languages, customs, and culture.  But the cantons are united as a nation but there is no uniformity. This gives rise to lots of creativity and competition among the cantons, which as a whole makes the nation stronger High Trust system .  Everyone uses public transport base on trust.  People do not buy train tickets and slot tickets into mac...
