Positiveness in Sales

Now you can turn from negative to positive in your sales.  Use these proven top 5 ways:

  1. When what you sell has no choices, like it is the last piece, and the customer asks if there are other choices, turn this into a sale by saying, "You are lucky, this is the last and only piece.  Usually, we would reserve this for our regular customers, but since you are interested, why not take advantage of it?  It would be gone fast, and I would rather you take it than someone else.  Let me give you a good price to make it easier for you, is it okay?"
  2. When there are obvious defects in your product and the customer notices it, you can say, "That's why this is the price we are selling, it is a good 20% off the regular price.  For you, I can give you an even better deal"
  3. When you have no staff to serve customers, make it a special moment by telling your customers that they can now take their time to browse freely and gather all their questions and ask in one go to save time
  4. When your product is more expensive than the others, sell the value.  "We would have easily competed on price to gain more sales, but we focus on longer-term customers coming back to us.  We focus on value and you can get more from us in the form of better and faster after-sale service, post-purchase advice, and other free value-added services.
  5. When your company is new and has little track records to show, turn this into a special moment by telling your customers, "That's why we value our customers more and provide even more to ensure that they can be our returning customers and even refer customers to us. Tell me, what do you want and what would you like to do and we'll go the extra mile to serve you"
The above methods are simple but effective.  Use them today!

In one scene, the recruits were about to start their 3-day field camp.  Their Officer-in-Command asked them, "Before we moved out, anybody not feeling well?"  All the soldiers replied loudly, "No Sir!!!" "Gentlemen", continued the Officer, "Every time the training gets tougher, one thought comes to your mind, 'Why Must I Serve National Service?' "My answer to you is, 'If Not You, Then Who Else?'" Wow!  What a powerful phrase!  If Not You, Who Else may mean: You are the most suitable person, and we can't find anyone better than you.  This is appreciation at the highest level How can you push this responsibility to someone else? I am making a request to you specifically, please don't reject my request Can you find me another person more suitable than you? Please refer me anot...

In this article, we will explore the multifaceted aspects of kindness as a way of life, touching on non-violent communication, the limitations of traditional charity, the potential harms of helping, the deliberate cultivation of kindness, and the incredible rewards it brings. 1.       Non-Violent Communication Non-violent communication (NVC) is a key component of practicing kindness as a way of life. Developed by Marshall B. Rosenberg, NVC emphasizes empathetic communication that seeks to understand and connect with others on a deeper level. It encourages ...
