  1. Read your bazi (from your date and time of birth per the lunar calendar, China's time zone)
  2. Design a new mobile number for you
  3. Search for that number under the telcos
  4. Book that new number at the telco on your behalf. You just need to activate that new number at the telco

2. Know your age, occupation, gender and marital status

3. Understand what specific problems you are facing now

With the above 5 considerations, she will design a new number for you.  

As you can see, there is a lot of work involved, not so simple as just get a nice number.  A nice number that does not match your Bazi has no energy.
