  1. Change your name, for it reflects your roots and how people relate to you.  Onomastics has been around for tens of thousands of years but has gained popularity since the 1970s
  2. Change your house, office or common area Fengshui. Fengshui is from China and has been popular since ancient times.  Fengshui emphasises flow and harmony, and also the matching of the environment to the 5 elements of the people living there
  3. Change your facial looks. Physiognomy is the study of face and was invented by Aristotle from ancient Greece 2,500 years ago.  Young Koreans often change their looks to improve their marketability in the job market and popularity in their social circles
  4. Change your job
  5. Re-marry or marry the right person, which is easier said than done
  6. Join politics.  Pritnam Singh joined the Workers Party and rose to become the Leader of the Opposition in 10 years' time. 
  7. Find the right Benefactors.  Ms Halimah Yaccob joined the Government and became the Speaker of Parliament and rose to become the President of Singapore, earning herself $2 million dollars a year.  Not bad for a Malay person who lost her dad at a young age and her mother had to work several jobs to bring her up
  8. Go for courses and get qualified. Take up all the SkillsFuture courses and you may become very marketable and wiser

  10. Live a secluded life for some years and you will gain wisdom and become very different
  11. Become very religious and spread your religion.  Kong Hee did that and became a leader in the community. 
  12. Try New Age methods: Crystal Healing, Reiki Healing, Spiritual Healing, NLP, Past-Life Regression, etc
