Show Me the Money Business

As a Trainer Coach specialising in sales, management and executive skills targeting audience from China to Singapore, people often asked us what business are we in.

We are in the Show Business.

You see, as a Trainer Coach, we are there not to talk or deliver a program, but to put on a show.  What do we show?  Other than showing our body and learned mind, we also show them our heart and most importantly, our spirit or passion.

Trainers are there to show people the proven paths, strategies, stratagems and methods to get more done with less. Experts called this Productivity and Work Effectiveness.

We are also there to show the leaders and managers that they too can transform their organizations if they lead and manage effectively.

For people in sales, customer service and marketing, we show them the winning ways - how to win over the most difficult customers, crack the sales code and even sell ice to the Eskimos!

For people that just want to make their lives less stressful, we show them mindfulness as the way to life's happiness.  Of course we also show people Financial Intelligence.

But no matter how much we show, they are of no use if people don't show up.  From running public courses thrice a week since 2001, how do we get our audience week after week?  Did we invest heavily in social media marketing, telemarketing, advertising or trade shows?

The truth is simple: we get people to show up because we show people the money.  There's no business like show business, and this training business is plain simple: we show people the money.  That means we help people to get more done with less, to be more effective and efficient. Be it in sales, marketing, customer service, leadership, people management, communication, project management, cash flow management or operations management, we often show our audience that they too are in the show business: they must definitely show results.   If you too want to get results and win more in 2015 and beyond, drop us a email or visit here for our list of courses.  We are waiting to hear from you!   Other articles on training:

If Not You, Who Else?

I learnt this very powerful 5-word phrase from Singapore's highest ever box-office movie ever: "Ah Boys to Men II". In one scene, the recruits were about to start their 3-day field camp.  Their Officer-in-Command asked them, "Before we moved out, anybody not feeling well?"  All the soldiers replied loudly, "No Sir!!!" "Gentlemen", continued the Officer, "Every time the training gets tougher, one thought comes to your mind, 'Why Must I Serve National Service?' "My answer to you is, 'If Not You, Then Who Else?'" Wow!  What a powerful phrase!  If Not You, Who Else may mean: You are the most suitable person, and we can't find anyone better than you.  This is appreciation at the highest level How can you push this responsibility to someone else? I am making a request to you specifically, please don't reject my request Can you find me another person more suitable than you? Please refer me anot...

Kindness as a Way of Life: How Kindness can Reward You 6 Times Over

Kindness as a Way of Life by Andy Ng Kindness is a universal language that transcends cultural boundaries, enriches human connections, and has the power to transform lives. It goes beyond mere acts of charity or random good deeds. To me, kindness, when practiced as a way of life, becomes a profound philosophy that can shape our interactions with others, the world around us, and even our own well-being. In this article, we will explore the multifaceted aspects of kindness as a way of life, touching on non-violent communication, the limitations of traditional charity, the potential harms of helping, the deliberate cultivation of kindness, and the incredible rewards it brings. 1.       Non-Violent Communication Non-violent communication (NVC) is a key component of practicing kindness as a way of life. Developed by Marshall B. Rosenberg, NVC emphasizes empathetic communication that seeks to understand and connect with others on a deeper level. It encourages ...
