Identifying Your SuperME

Identifying your SuperME involves reconnecting with your truest self—the version of you that exists beyond fear, labels, and societal expectations.  Here’s how you can identify your SuperME:

1. Understand What SuperME Is

SuperME is not a title, achievement, or role.  It’s your soul, your truest self, and your empowered self.  It’s the version of you that:

Leads with Purpose, Love, and Gratitude.

Lives aligned with truth and serves with intention.

Transforms wounds into wisdom and shines fully.

2. Recognize What Is NOT SuperME

SuperME is not active when you are:

Survival-Me: Driven by fear, avoiding discomfort, and clinging to safety.

Protector-Me: Overthinking, building walls, and shielding yourself from vulnerability.

Small-Me: Shrinking in self-worth, avoiding leadership, and fearing judgment.

These states are often reactions to external pressures, past trauma, or societal conditioning.

3. Reflect on Your Inner Voice

Your SuperME is the voice that whispers:

“I am not who they say I should be.  I am who I was born to become.”

“I am here to bless this world.  My story matters.”

This voice often emerges when you pause, reflect, and listen deeply to your inner truth.

4. Use the Super Mirror

The Super Mirror is a reflection exercise to meet your authentic self.  Ask yourself:

1. What do I want people to believe about me?

2. What am I afraid people would see if I took off my mask?

3. Who was I before the world told me who to be?

4. What part of me have I silenced to keep others comfortable?

These questions help you peel back the layers of fear, roles, and expectations to uncover your true self.

5. Identify SuperME Traits

Your SuperME is active when you:

Speak up with clarity, not ego.

Transform wounds into wisdom.

Lead with integrity and heart.

Attract opportunities by impact, not by impressing.

Shine fully, even if your voice shakes.

6. Look for SuperME Energy

Examples of SuperME energy include:

A mother who leads with heart, not guilt.

An educator who teaches with soul, not systems.

A leader who says, “I don’t know, but I’ll learn with you.”

The child inside you still dancing, creating, and believing.

7. Journal Your SuperME Letter

Write a letter to the version of you that still believes in miracles.  Begin with: “Dear SuperME, I remember you…”  Let your thoughts flow freely, without filtering or judgment.  This exercise helps you reconnect with the essence of who you are.

8. Use the SuperME Mantra

Affirm your SuperME with this mantra: “I am not here to fit in.  I am here to light the way—with love.  My dreams are valid. I walk in truth, even when it’s quiet.  I am SuperME, without the mask.”

9. Take Small Steps Toward Your SuperME

SuperME isn’t a goal—it’s a reunion with your authentic self.  Start by:

Pausing to reflect on your choices.

Leading with Purpose, Love, and Gratitude.

Taking one bold step toward who you’ve always been.

By reflecting deeply, listening to your inner voice, and aligning with your truth, you can identify and awaken your SuperME—the empowered, authentic version of yourself.

If Not You, Who Else?

I learnt this very powerful 5-word phrase from Singapore's highest ever box-office movie ever: "Ah Boys to Men II". In one scene, the recruits were about to start their 3-day field camp.  Their Officer-in-Command asked them, "Before we moved out, anybody not feeling well?"  All the soldiers replied loudly, "No Sir!!!" "Gentlemen", continued the Officer, "Every time the training gets tougher, one thought comes to your mind, 'Why Must I Serve National Service?' "My answer to you is, 'If Not You, Then Who Else?'" Wow!  What a powerful phrase!  If Not You, Who Else may mean: You are the most suitable person, and we can't find anyone better than you.  This is appreciation at the highest level How can you push this responsibility to someone else? I am making a request to you specifically, please don't reject my request Can you find me another person more suitable than you? Please refer me anot...

How I Became a Fortune Teller: Leveraging NLP, Fear and Greed, and Motivational Theories

Becoming a fortune teller wasn’t part of my childhood dreams. It started as an experiment, fueled by my curiosity about human behavior and the subtle forces that drive our decisions. Over time, what began as a study of psychology and human interaction evolved into an unexpected career—one where I use the tools of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), the primal drivers of fear and greed, and motivational theories to help people uncover their paths. The First Step: Understanding the Human Psyche I was always fascinated by why people do what they do. During my university years, I studied psychology, particularly the works of Abraham Maslow, B.F. Skinner, and Victor Vroom. Their theories provided insights into motivation, reinforcement, and decision-making. But I wanted to move beyond the academic realm and see how these theories worked in real life. Around this time, I discovered NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). This framework for understanding communication and behavior is based on the...
