All the Joy and Happiness You’ll Get from Being a SuperME

Stories from Andy Ng and Dr Vivian Passion Koh

In a world that glorifies doing, winning, and climbing — it is easy to forget who we are inside.

We chase one goal after another, thinking happiness lies just beyond the next milestone. Yet time and time again, people reach the top and whisper quietly to themselves…
“Why am I still not fulfilled?”

That’s where the SuperME journey begins.

It isn’t about adding more to your plate.
It’s about finally coming home — to the version of you that lives with Purpose, Love and Gratitude.

Joy from PurposeAndy Ng’s Story

For over two decades, Andy Ng trained professionals, spoke at large events, and authored six books. He had the accolades and applause. But deep inside, something was missing.

“I was successful,” Andy admits, “but I was also tired. I was driven by reason and results. Something in me wanted to feel more.”

Then came SuperME.
When he began answering the SuperME reflection prompts — especially the chapter on Super Conflict — Andy said something clicked inside.

“I cried. Because for the first time, I stopped being the performer. I became the person.”
— Andy Ng

Today, Andy says he wakes up not chasing goals, but living his Purpose. And the surprising thing?
The results got even better.
The more he flowed from Purpose, the more people connected with his work, and the more joy he carried into every training room.

Happiness through LoveVivian Passion Koh’s Story

Dr Vivian Passion Koh didn’t write SuperME Unleashed because she had it all figured out.
She wrote it because she lived through the breakdowns — the anxiety, the betrayals, the pain of being misunderstood.

She kept whispering PLG (Purpose, Love, Gratitude) to herself…
Until those whispers became healing.
Until the healing became her message.
And the message became a movement.

Vivian found that the deepest joy doesn’t come from being admired.
It comes from being present — with those who need you, with yourself, and with life itself.

“Love is not about fixing. It is about seeing people in their wholeness — even when they are still healing.”
— Dr Vivian Passion Koh

Today, her days are full — not of pressure, but of people whose hearts she has touched.
And that’s the greatest wealth of all.

Gratitude That Multiplies Joy

Ask any SuperME what shifted their life, and they’ll likely say:

“It was the day I started being grateful — not just for the good, but for everything.”

SuperME teaches that Gratitude is not just saying thanks. It’s saying:
“Thank you for the lesson. Thank you for the storm. Thank you, because I am still here.”

When Andy began sending daily PLG messages to others — especially to people he had once disagreed with — something changed.
Old walls crumbled.
New friendships formed.
And Andy smiled more. Not because everything was perfect. But because he was at peace.

What Joy Looks Like When You’re a SuperME

  • You laugh freely — without worrying if you’re too much.

  • You rest deeply — knowing you’re already enough.

  • You love generously — without needing to be repaid.

  • You create boldly — because your worth is no longer at stake.

  • You connect meaningfully — not to impress, but to uplift.

Final Words

Being a SuperME doesn’t mean you’ll never face hardship again.
It means you’ll face life with wholeness.

Because when you live with Purpose, Love, and Gratitude —
You don’t just survive each day.
You dance through it.
With joy. With peace. With your whole, beautiful heart.

And that’s happiness. That’s SuperME.

If Not You, Who Else?

I learnt this very powerful 5-word phrase from Singapore's highest ever box-office movie ever: "Ah Boys to Men II". In one scene, the recruits were about to start their 3-day field camp.  Their Officer-in-Command asked them, "Before we moved out, anybody not feeling well?"  All the soldiers replied loudly, "No Sir!!!" "Gentlemen", continued the Officer, "Every time the training gets tougher, one thought comes to your mind, 'Why Must I Serve National Service?' "My answer to you is, 'If Not You, Then Who Else?'" Wow!  What a powerful phrase!  If Not You, Who Else may mean: You are the most suitable person, and we can't find anyone better than you.  This is appreciation at the highest level How can you push this responsibility to someone else? I am making a request to you specifically, please don't reject my request Can you find me another person more suitable than you? Please refer me anot...

How I Became a Fortune Teller: Leveraging NLP, Fear and Greed, and Motivational Theories

Becoming a fortune teller wasn’t part of my childhood dreams. It started as an experiment, fueled by my curiosity about human behavior and the subtle forces that drive our decisions. Over time, what began as a study of psychology and human interaction evolved into an unexpected career—one where I use the tools of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), the primal drivers of fear and greed, and motivational theories to help people uncover their paths. The First Step: Understanding the Human Psyche I was always fascinated by why people do what they do. During my university years, I studied psychology, particularly the works of Abraham Maslow, B.F. Skinner, and Victor Vroom. Their theories provided insights into motivation, reinforcement, and decision-making. But I wanted to move beyond the academic realm and see how these theories worked in real life. Around this time, I discovered NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). This framework for understanding communication and behavior is based on the...
