There will be days when it feels too hard.

When that happens, ask:
- “What would I miss if this were gone tomorrow?”
- “What is this hardship teaching me that comfort couldn’t?”
- “Who stood by me that I haven’t thanked yet?”

 Gratitude isn't bypassing pain. It's reclaiming the light you still have—even in the

 dark.
