The Way to Wealth: The 1,000% Formula

How to increase your income by 1,000%?  By applying the Law of Multiplication, you can increase your productivity, performance and output by 1,000% in the years ahead!

Here's the simple formula: increase your productivity by 0.1% each day, 5 days a week, and this will amount to 26% increase if you work 52 weeks a year. Because of the law of compounding and multiplication, your 26% increase yearly will translate into 1,000% increase in less than 10 years.  Unbelievable but true!  The top 7 ways to increase your productivity by 0.1% each day are:
  1. Read one hour each day in your field.  I don't care if it is sales, self-improvement, engineering or history.  If you do this consistently, you'd have read 50 books a year or 500 books in 10 years.  You can now read books easily from Google Books at your mobile phone.
  2. Review your major goals each morning and rewrite them.  This will program deeper into your subconscious mind, making it a reality for you.
  3. Plan each day in advance.  Make a list, set priorities, and be thoroughly organized before you work.
  4. Concentrate on the most valuable use of your time, every second of your day.  Do not waste time on silly posts on Facebook, Twitter, Weibo and Whatsapp.
  5. Listen to educational program every day when you commute, be it in your car or in the bus or train.  I have easily 20 programs that I download into my smartphone phone external memory card. I can share some of them with you if you email me.
  6. Ask 2 Powerful Questions after every experience: What did I do right?  Review your performance and think of all the right things so that you can repeat it in future.  The next question is: What would I do differently next time?  Think of how you can improve the next time.
  7. Treat everyone like a God of Fortune.  Whether it is your boss, customer, supplier, the government or even a competitor, treat them as the most important person in this world. We know that such excellence in human relations will put you on the fast track to success.  You'll get referrals, recommendations, business and ideas from people that you consider important. Try this the next time!

If Not You, Who Else?

I learnt this very powerful 5-word phrase from Singapore's highest ever box-office movie ever: "Ah Boys to Men II". In one scene, the recruits were about to start their 3-day field camp.  Their Officer-in-Command asked them, "Before we moved out, anybody not feeling well?"  All the soldiers replied loudly, "No Sir!!!" "Gentlemen", continued the Officer, "Every time the training gets tougher, one thought comes to your mind, 'Why Must I Serve National Service?' "My answer to you is, 'If Not You, Then Who Else?'" Wow!  What a powerful phrase!  If Not You, Who Else may mean: You are the most suitable person, and we can't find anyone better than you.  This is appreciation at the highest level How can you push this responsibility to someone else? I am making a request to you specifically, please don't reject my request Can you find me another person more suitable than you? Please refer me anot...

How I Became a Fortune Teller: Leveraging NLP, Fear and Greed, and Motivational Theories

Becoming a fortune teller wasn’t part of my childhood dreams. It started as an experiment, fueled by my curiosity about human behavior and the subtle forces that drive our decisions. Over time, what began as a study of psychology and human interaction evolved into an unexpected career—one where I use the tools of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), the primal drivers of fear and greed, and motivational theories to help people uncover their paths. The First Step: Understanding the Human Psyche I was always fascinated by why people do what they do. During my university years, I studied psychology, particularly the works of Abraham Maslow, B.F. Skinner, and Victor Vroom. Their theories provided insights into motivation, reinforcement, and decision-making. But I wanted to move beyond the academic realm and see how these theories worked in real life. Around this time, I discovered NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). This framework for understanding communication and behavior is based on the...
