What Can This Framework Do For You?

What Can This Framework Do For You?  The SuperME framework, developed through the collaboration of Dr. Vivian Passion Koh and Andy Ng, focuses on empowering individuals to unlock their full potential.  It is built on the principles of Purpose, Love, and Gratitude (PLG) and aims to inspire transformative identity shifts, emotional resilience, and authentic living.   Their collaboration includes: 1. Framework Integration: Dr. Vivian provides mentorship using her Purpose, Love, and Gratitude (PLG) framework, while Andy applies his expertise in business consultancy, HR, and education to bring the SuperME concept to life.  2. Workshops and Training: Andy facilitates workshops and training sessions to help individuals apply the SuperME principles in their lives, while Dr. Vivian offers guidance to inspire transformative identity shifts.  3. Shared Vision: They work together to help individuals build emotional resilience, stay true to their core identity, an...

PLG for Corporate Leaders, Government Officials and Politicians

PLG Purpose Love Gratitude was created by Dr Vivian Passion Koh in 2020 and has been used extensively in many situations.  Today let's look at how PLG is tailored for corporate leaders, government officials, and politicians:  1. Self (Leadership Integrity) CEO: After a poor quarterly result, the CEO shares a personal reflection with staff. Purpose: “Our vision remains unchanged—we’re here to innovate for long-term sustainability.” Love: Admits mistakes, invites diverse views, and shows vulnerability in strength. Gratitude: Thanks the team for staying resilient and committed through uncertainty. 2. Relationships (Cross-Agency or Team Collaboration) Govt Director: Working with another ministry on a complex social issue. Purpose: “We are here to serve the people, not defend departments.” Love: Listens to all stakeholders, includes community voices in policy-making. Gratitude: Publicly acknowledges the contributions of every agency and frontliner. 3. Work (Organizational Cult...

Test on Are You Living as SuperME or Stuck in Survival-Me?

‘Am I Living as my SuperMe… or stuck in my Survival-Me?’ For each statements, score from 1 to 5. (1 = Not true at all, 5 = Very true) Survival-Me Statements I often feel like I’m running on empty — busy, but unfulfilled. I make choices based on fear — fear of losing out, fear of what others think, fear of making mistakes. I feel disconnected from what truly matters to me. I say “yes” too often, even when I mean “no,” just to keep the peace or avoid conflict. I measure my worth by achievements, titles, or approval. Add up your score. SuperMe Statements I wake up with a sense of purpose and clarity about who I am becoming. I feel emotionally grounded and can return to peace quickly, even during chaos. I express love freely — to my work, people around me, and myself. I am deeply grateful, not just when things go well, but even in life’s detours. I make decisions from alignment, not pressure Add this score too. Reflect Now, look at both s...

How Purpose, Love and Gratitude Shows up in Sun Tzu

In The Art of War , Sun Tzu never directly uses the words “Purpose, Love, Gratitude” — those are the SuperME PLG language — but the essence of these principles runs deep in his strategy. Here’s how Purpose, Love, Gratitude show up in Sun Tzu’s thinking: 1. Purpose (志 – Will / Clear Direction) Sun Tzu starts by stressing the importance of the Dao (道) — the moral purpose or guiding principle that aligns the ruler, generals, and soldiers. “The Dao causes the people to be in complete accord with their ruler, so they will follow him regardless of their lives, undismayed by any danger.” ( Chapter 1: Laying Plans ) This is exactly Purpose in PLG — a clear “why” that inspires action beyond personal gain. Without a unifying purpose, armies (or teams) scatter in fear or self-interest. Modern SuperME Application: Leaders who anchor their actions in a higher purpose earn loyalty, unity, and resilience from their teams. 2. Love (仁 – Humanity / Care for People) Sun Tzu emphasize...

Fight to Win or Win to Fight

“The greatest victory is that which requires no battle.”   — Sun Tzu, The Art of War Most people fight to feel powerful. But does fighting really work? Fighting drains energy and damages relationships. Real power lies in clarity, calm, and timing. Think of one ongoing conflict. What happens if you stop pushing and start observing?   What if the secret to winning isn't fighting harder — but not fighting at all ? What if your best victories were won long before the struggle began ?   In a world obsessed with hustle, competition, and pushing through resistance, Sun Tzu’s message cuts like a sword through fog: “ Win first. Then go to battle .” The Two Paths: Fight to Win vs. Win to Fight Most people, when faced with a challenge, do one thing: fight. They argue harder. Send longer emails. Pull rank. Offer ultimatums. They go into battle hoping to win. But Sun Tzu invites us to reverse this logic. His approach is: Win to fight, not fight to win. This mea...

Power Lies Not in Control but in Alignment with PLG

What if your power lies not in control, but in alignment? The SuperME framework grounds you in inner power: PLG. You lead better when you lead from within. Sun Tzu taught the world how to win. But how do we win not just efficiently, but authentically? • How do we lead with strength — without dominance? • Influence others — without manipulation? • Achieve results — without betraying ourselves? That’s where the SuperME comes in. The SuperME is not a superhero identity. It’s the most conscious, empowered, and heart-centered version of you. It’s who you are when you're aligned with your highest values, your clearest purpose, and your deepest wisdom. At the heart of the SuperME is a simple but profound framework: Purpose, Love, and Gratitude — PLG, more at https://asiatrainers.org/smubook

I Paused Not Because I Hesitated but See the Sacredness of this

Forward of Win Without Fighting with Sun Tzu Art of War Dr Vivian Passion Koh When Andy Ng invited me to write the foreword for this book, I paused — not because I hesitated, but because I recognized the sacredness of what he was offering the world through these pages. 'Win Without Fighting with Sun Tzu Art of War' is not merely a book on strategy; it is a blueprint for inner alignment, authentic leadership, and transformative peace in action. In a world obsessed with hustle and domination, Andy revives the forgotten power of clarity over chaos, wisdom over warfare, and purpose over pressure. As someone who champions the PLG (Purpose, Love, Gratitude) framework globally, I see in Andy’s work a powerful convergence: Purpose:  the Dao that aligns teams beyond KPIs. Love: the Yin energy that dissolves resistance. Gratitude: the calm anchor that transforms challenge into wisdom. Andy doesn’t just teach Sun Tzu. He lives it. And he refines it — integrating ancient Eastern principles...

How to Turn Your Shortcomings into Strengths

Andy Ng – Top 3 Shortcomings That Turned Into SuperME Strengths 1. Tendency to Overcommit Before SuperME: Andy’s passion and energy often led him to take on more projects than time realistically allowed. This sometimes meant stress, delays, or a feeling of being “spread too thin.” SuperME Shift: Purpose helped him focus only on commitments aligned with his deeper calling. He now channels energy where it truly matters, and when he says “yes,” it’s backed by his full presence — making his “yes” incredibly valuable. Recently, Andy said no to a project that does not align with his value of helping others.  2.  Perfectionist Drive Before SuperME: Andy’s high standards could lead to over-editing, reworking endlessly, and hesitation to launch ideas until they felt “perfect.” SuperME Shift: He embraced vulnerability and authenticity, realising that people connect more with realness than perfection. This shift allows him to deliver faster, test ideas in the real world, and insp...

5 Things That Make a SuperME Incredibly Attractive — and Why You Can Be One Too

5 Things That Make a SuperME Incredibly Attractive — and Why You Can Be One Too In a world where everyone seems to be chasing likes, applause, and recognition, a SuperME stands apart — not because they are extraordinary superheroes, but because they live in an extraordinary way. 1. They don’t seek approval or validation. A SuperME doesn’t need the world’s applause to feel complete. Their self-worth is not dependent on someone else’s thumbs-up or kind words. Instead, they draw strength from within — from knowing their purpose, living their truth, and aligning every step with love and gratitude. 2. They don’t give promises; they just focus on consistency. Promises can be broken, but actions speak forever. A SuperME shows up, day after day, rain or shine. You can count on them not because of their words, but because of their consistent actions. 3. They never obsess over results; they focus on efforts. In business, relationships, and personal goals, outcomes are often beyond our control...

SuperME is not a Western Concept in Disguise

I s SuperME a Western Concept? Why It’s Actually Rooted in the Deepest Eastern Wisdom Many people hear the word “SuperME” and immediately associate it with Western ideas of superheroes — invincible, flashy, performance-driven figures who conquer the world with power and perfection. They assume SuperME is about being better than others. That it’s about self-promotion, becoming “superior,” or standing out loudly in a world that often rewards showmanship. But here’s the truth: That is the greatest myth about SuperME. SuperME is Not About Becoming More . It’s About Coming Home. SuperME, as taught by Dr. Vivian Passion Koh in her groundbreaking book SuperME Unleashed, is not a Western idea of “Look at me, I’m great.” It is the deeply Eastern path of: - Accepting who you are - Facing your inner truth - Returning to your essence with grace and gratitude It is Daoist and Confucian in its spirit, not ego-driven but soul-rooted. Not about becoming invincible, but about being sincere, present, an...

Sound to Silence

Sound to Silence:  How Trainers and Speakers like Andy Ng Give People Back Their Voice with SuperME In a world full of noise, it’s easy to forget that the loudest voice isn’t always the clearest — or the most truthful. Sometimes, beneath all the speaking, shouting, teaching, and selling… There is silence. Not the peaceful kind — but the silent cry of someone who’s been unseen, unheard, and unfelt for far too long. That’s the kind of silence that SuperME breaks. And that’s why trainers and speakers like Andy Ng are no longer just delivering talks — They’re giving people back their own sound. From Trainer to Soul-Stirrer Andy used to fill rooms with strategies, stories, and business insights. But after discovering SuperME and embracing Purpose, Love, and Gratitude (PLG), something shifted. He stopped just teaching. He started awakening. In every SuperME-powered session, Andy helps his audience hear something they may have lost for years: 📍 The sound of their inner truth 📍 The sound...

Heaven Is Not a Place We Go in Future

Heaven Is Not a Place We Go. It’s Who We Become. Some religions teach us that we must do good so that we can go to heaven after we die. And when someone says, “Go to hell,” it’s not just an insult — it feels like a curse on our very being. So, we spend our entire lives striving, performing, pleasing… Hoping to secure our place in heaven. Fearing we may fall short and end up in some eternal punishment. But what if… What if heaven isn’t a destination after death — but a reality we create in life? What if hell isn’t below, but inside a restless, bitter, disconnected heart? When I teach SuperME, I’m not asking people to believe in something new. I’m helping them return to what’s already inside — A place of deep Purpose, flowing Love, and everyday Gratitude. That alignment, that light… It’s not religious. It’s not theoretical. It’s transformational. SuperME Is Heaven on Earth Heaven is when you no longer fight battles in your head every night. Heaven is when you stop needing approval to fee...

Financial Richness with PLG Living

1.  Financial Richness – Earning from Alignment, Not Anxiety When you live with Purpose, you stop chasing money aimlessly. You start aligning your work with what truly matters. That alignment brings clarity, focus, and better decisions. • You're no longer distracted by “shiny” opportunities. • You focus on value creation, not just income generation. • You attract clients, jobs, and deals that match your energy and values. With Gratitude, you shift from scarcity to sufficiency. You start noticing what works, what you already have, and how to multiply it. With Love, you build trust—with your team, your customers, and your community. And trust builds wealth faster than tactics ever can. PLG turns your work into a mission, and your income into a by-product of meaning. Andy’s application : I used PLG in my email to corporates to invite them to my public seminar on PLG, and it attracted some enquiries.  2. Mental Richness – Clarity, Confidence, and Inner Strength Living with P...

PLG in Action: A Day in the Life of a SuperME

PLG in Action: A Day in the Life of a SuperME From dawn to dusk, from home to work, from making money to enjoying life 6:31am – Rise with Purpose Before checking the phone, a SuperME pauses to breathe in clarity. “What is my purpose today?” Maybe it’s to lead with calm, to serve with wisdom, or simply to listen deeply. They don’t rush. They align. Because when Purpose leads, the day flows differently. 7:30am – Love Begins at Home Whether it’s making breakfast, sending kids to school, or hugging a spouse goodbye — SuperME starts the day with Love. Not in grand gestures, but in presence. Not in perfection, but in warmth. No silent grudges. No rushing past loved ones. Just care — spoken and unspoken. 9:00am – Work with Heart At the office or Zoom screen, the SuperME doesn’t just “clock in.” They show up fully. They listen to team members. Speak with kindness. Set clear intentions. Even under pressure, they ask: “What’s the most loving and purposeful way to solve this?” They don’t people-p...

The Inner Compass: Mental Wellness with Yijing

“At 50, we’re supposed to have seen the world… But why do we still feel lost sometimes?” In 2019, a 67-year-old client told me, “Andy, I’ve lived through 2 cancers, a divorce, and 3 adult children who don’t talk to me much. But the hardest thing? Facing my own thoughts at 3 a.m.” That’s when I introduced her to the Yijing —a 7,000-year-old Chinese classic also known as the Book of Changes . It’s not about fortune-telling. It’s about finding inner stability in an unstable world. In her words, “I stopped reacting. I started reflecting. I now sleep through the night.” 💡 Core Idea (4 min) 1. Yijing is NOT just ancient—it’s timeless. The Yijing teaches that change is constant, but more importantly, how we respond to change determines our mental state. It offers 64 “ hexagrams ” or patterns—each one a mirror to life situations. Each one teaches us how to see, accept, and act wisely. Let me give you 3 ways Yijing helps with mental wellness : ① Stillness before Action The very first hexagram,...

Financial Independence with SuperME: Wealth That Begins Within

Financial Independence with SuperME: Wealth That Begins Within What if financial freedom isn’t just about numbers, but about who you are becoming ? Most people chase money. Few realise — it’s not money that sets you free. It’s your mindset. Your energy. Your inner alignment. This is where SuperME comes in. The SuperME Shift: When you rise as your SuperME , you no longer make decisions from fear, scarcity, or desperation. Instead, you begin with: Purpose – You don’t chase every opportunity. You align with the ones that speak to your soul and serve your long game. Love – You treat clients, partners, and even money itself with respect, not attachment. This love magnetises relationships and loyal income streams. Gratitude – You stop seeing what’s missing, and start appreciating and maximising what you have. Gratitude turns small wins into compounding momentum. SuperME in Action = Financial Power You stop wasting energy on toxic people and dead-end work. You...

How to Become a Voice that Matters with SuperME PLG

I used to be just another trainer in the crowd — delivering content, ticking boxes, impressing clients... but deep down, I felt replaceable. Until one day, I stopped asking, “How do I get more gigs?” And started asking, “Who am I when no one is watching?” That question led me to SuperME — and everything changed. When I embraced my SuperME, I stopped performing and started transforming. I no longer just taught skills. I sparked shifts. 1. With Purpose, I stood for something. 2. With Love, I connected deeply with every audience — from CEOs to students. 3. With Gratitude, I stopped chasing recognition... and it came naturally. Soon, I wasn’t just a trainer — I became a voice that mattered. Invited to global platforms, government bodies, and international stages — not for what I taught, but how I showed up. SuperME didn't make me louder. It made me real. And real always resonates. Return to your SuperME. Start with the book SuperME Unleashed at https://asiatrainers.org/smubook or join ...

The Loudest Voice You Hear and How to Make it Work

The Loudest Voice You Hear.   We all have one. That voice inside your head that says:- "You're too much."- "You're not enough."- "You should've done better." This voice -- the inner critic -- is not born from malice. It's born from fear of rejection, failure, or  unworthiness. It's trying to protect you... by shrinking you. The Psychology of Self-Criticism Psychologists say the inner critic often develops in childhood as a way to:- avoid punishment- win approval- stay "in line" with expectations.  But what once served as a shield... becomes a cage as we grow. The inner critic stops you from:- trying new things- trusting yourself- healing relationships- enjoying your life SuperMe Insight: The Critic Isn't Bad--Just Untrained.   You don't need to "silence" your critic. You need to retrain it. Imagine transforming the critic into your inner coach. Where it once said: "You're failing." It now says: ...

Leading from Your SuperME: Purpose, Love, Gratitude

Leading from Your SuperME: Purpose, Love, Gratitude Sun Tzu in the Art of War taught the world how to win. But how do we win not just efficiently, but authentically? ·        How do we lead with strength — without dominance? ·        Influence others — without manipulation? ·        Achieve results — without betraying ourselves? That’s where the SuperME comes in. At the heart of the SuperME is a simple but profound framework: Purpose, Love, and Gratitude — PLG (from this book at https://asiatrainers.org/smubook)  1.  Purpose — Know Why You’re Here In Sun Tzu ’ s Dao ( 道 ), we saw that victory begins with clarity of purpose. But in the SuperME framework, Purpose is personal. It's the “why” behind your every word, task, and decision. When you lead with Purpose: ·        You don’t need to convince others — your conviction inspires them. ·    ...
