“Have you ever felt like life is getting faster… but you’re falling behind?”
- Prices keep going up.
- Workloads keep piling up.
- But your energy? Drained.
·
Your peace? Missing.
·
Your health? Second priority.
Everywhere I go —
·
People are stressed.
·
Not because they don’t know what to do…
·
But because they don’t know how to stay well
while doing everything.
Today, I
want to share something with you that changed my life — and can change yours.
I call it Wellness with YAS.
Y-A-S stands for:
- Yijing (The Book of Changes)
- Art of War (by Sun Tzu), and
- SuperME (based on Purpose, Love, and Gratitude)
These three — when used together — don’t just help you
survive.
They help you rise, respond, and thrive — even in chaos.
Let me show you how.
Let’s begin with the first pillar:
🔮 1. Yijing – Harmony Through Energy Awareness
Yijing teaches us that change is constant — and our wellness
depends not on controlling change, but flowing with it.
In this high-cost, high-pressure life, most people resist:
- “Why is everything so expensive?”
- “Why is work so stressful?”
- “Why can’t things go back to normal?”
But the Yijing reminds us:
🌊 “Water never complains.
It adapts to the shape of the land, and still flows.”
📌 Example:
When petrol prices went up, a client of mine used Yijing
Hexagram 40 – Release.
She stopped resisting and restructured her lifestyle —
reducing debt, cutting energy leaks, and most importantly, realigning her
energy with what really mattered.
She became lighter, calmer, and wealthier, even while others
panicked.
⚔️ 2. Art of War – Strategy Over Struggle
Sun Tzu wrote:
“The greatest victory is won before the battle begins.”
When we’re overwhelmed, we often react:
- Fight with our boss
- Overthink
- Overwork
- Or freeze entirely
But the Art of War says: Don’t just fight harder. Fight
smarter.
📌 Example:
I coached a manager under pressure to deliver 3 projects
with limited time.
Instead of rushing, we applied the “Divide and Conquer”
tactic.
She broke the projects into smaller wins, assigned by
strengths, and created quick wins to build team morale.
The result? She delivered 2 days early and received a
company-wide commendation.
All without burnout.
💖 3. SuperME – Inner Wellness Creates Outer Strength
Most of our suffering is not from reality.
It’s from the Survival-Me mindset:
·
“I’m not good enough.”
·
“There’s no time.”
·
“I have no choice.”
But SuperME reminds us:
💡 “I am already enough. I
just need to live from Purpose, Love, and Gratitude.”
📌 Example:
I used to measure my worth by my results. If business was
slow, my mood crashed.
Until I started every day with this affirmation:
“I am not what I achieve. I am who I am becoming.”
And that shift — from stress to SuperME — gave me not just
wellness, but power.
Now I serve from joy, not pressure.
🔁 When You Combine All Three: YAS
Imagine facing any challenge with:
1.
The wisdom of Yijing to adapt
2.
The strategy of Sun Tzu to respond
3.
And the identity of SuperME to stay centered
That is true wellness — not just for your body, but your
soul, work, relationships, and finances.
So here’s
my challenge to you:
1. Check Your Energy Every Morning
Ask yourself: “Am I
in chaos, or in clarity today?”
·
Use a quick Yijing reflection.
If your Qi is low, don’t fight harder — shift your flow.
2. Plan Like Sun Tzu
Don’t start the day reacting.
Start with 3 strategic moves:
·
What can I eliminate?
·
What must I delegate?
·
What one thing, if done well, will make the day
a victory?
3. Live as Your SuperME
Remind yourself: “I have nothing to prove. I have everything
to offer.”
·
Start the day with Purpose.
·
Act with Love.
·
End the day in Gratitude.
Because in this chaotic world,
The most powerful person is not the loudest, or the richest.
It is the one who remains well, centered, and unstoppable.
That, my friend, is what it means to live with YAS: Yijing,
Art of War, and SuperME.
