My Story in 2025

At the start of 2025, Andy Ng was already a seasoned trainer — 29 years in the field, deeply respected by his clients and peers.

But deep down, he felt something more was calling.

He wasn’t content to just “train people.” He wanted to move people, to transform rooms, to touch lives at scale.

That’s when the SuperME awakening became not just a teaching — it became his way of being.

Tool #1: SuperME – The Inner Alignment

Andy began by applying the SuperME Framework — not as a concept, but as a lifestyle.

He asked:

“Am I showing up as my Survival-Me or my SuperME?”

“Do I speak just to inform… or to ignite?”

His actions:

• Reconnected with Purpose: To awaken the light in others.
• Spoke with Love: Each word was a gift to the listener.
• Lived in Gratitude: Even when he had no big stage yet, he gave thanks as if he already had one.

This inner alignment gave Andy a presence that people could feel before he even spoke.

Tool #2: Yijing – Strategic Wisdom and Timing

Andy used Yijing as his compass — not to predict, but to align.

How Yijing guided him:

• He cast personal hexagrams before big decisions — like launching the “Win Without Fighting” book writing.
• When unsure, he checked the Universe-Earth–Human triad (Tian–Di–Ren) to ensure the timing, environment, and self were aligned.
• He taught others how Hexagram 49 (Revolution) and Hexagram 20 (Contemplation) showed up in his speaking journey.

“Yijing reminded me — the breakthrough doesn’t come from pushing. It comes from shifting.”

It gave him courage to say yes, and wisdom to say no — both vital for a keynote career.

Tool #3: Sun Tzu’s Art of War – Strategy Execution

Andy didn’t just “hope to get invited.” He strategized like a general.

How Sun Tzu helped:

• Know the terrain (audience & event planners) — He customized every talk with precision, speaking to their hearts
• Art of War Indirect force — He built influence subtly through content and value, not loud self-promotion.
• Win without fighting — Instead of competing, he collaborated with other training companies and let his uniqueness shine.

The Results in 2025:

1. Andy launched 3 new books, including “Win Without Fighting with Sun Tzu” and “Decoding the Wealth Codes with Yijing”, "SuperME Unleashed"（authored by Dr Vivian Passion Koh)
2. He gave multiple keynote speeches — not just locally but on global digital platforms, including Agora International Conference in August. 
3. He was roped in to train with RCN Real Centre Network, an established training company (since 2010) with 10,000 graduates in its RES course. Legend Training Centre, which is approved by Agency for Integrated Care for its Caregiver course, also gets him to train on AI and other topics for its clients.  Not to mention, Aventis Global lined him up to train from November 2025 to March 2027. CCISG and CBS also programmed him to train for their corporate clients till 2026. 
4. Gongxi Education and CEO Strategic Alliance also continued to pour regular training projects to him. 
   
5. Other collaboration projects are in the line-up, including with an international keynote speaking platform. 

But more than the stages and applause…

Andy had finally become what he was born to be — a Messenger of Light, a true SuperME Leader.
