What Kind of Qi Do You Have?

I want to ask you a simple but life-changing question:

What kind of Qi do you carry?
What kind of frequency do you live in every day?

Some people call it energy.
Some call it aura.
In Chinese, we call it Qi

So what is this “Personal Frequency” or Energy Field?

To put it bluntly, your Qi — your state of being — is not just one thing.
It’s a combination of 3 invisible forces:
1. Your Thoughts – the voice in your head
💓 2. Your Feelings – the emotion in your heart
🔮 3. Your Beliefs – the energy of your subconscious, the part you don't even feel

Together, these 3 form your energetic signature.

Let Me Show You What Low Frequency Looks Like:

You know someone is in low Qi when…
Their mind is constantly thinking:
“How do I repay my debts?”
“Why is it so hard to earn money?”
“Why is life so unfair?”

Their heart is full of fear, anxiety, worry.
When they see others succeed, they feel jealousy.
When they hear bad news, they absorb it deeply.

Their subconscious belief quietly whispers:
“This is just my life.”
“I will never be rich.”
“Money is evil.”
“Rich people are greedy and bad.”

But here’s the conflict:
> They want money, but they fear it.
They desire abundance, but their energy rejects it.

So how can money possibly come to them?

🌟 What is High Frequency Qi?

Let’s reverse it.

A person with high Qi may not be rich yet — but they:

Think:
“I trust that things are working for my good.”
“How can I grow from this?”
“What value can I create today?”

Feel:
Calm. Confident. Grateful. Even joyful in simple moments.

Believe:
“I am worthy of success.”
“There is enough for all.”
“Money is a tool, not a master.”

This person may have S$1 in their pocket —
But they are already wealthy in vibration.

And that’s why success flows to them.

Final Truth:
You don’t attract what you want.
You attract what you ARE.

If your inner world is full of fear, lack, and rejection…
Your outer world will reflect it — no matter how hard you work.

But if you shift your thoughts, upgrade your emotions, and rewire your beliefs,
You change your Qi.
You become magnetic.

So I ask you again…
What kind of Qi are you living with today?
What thoughts are you feeding?
What feelings are you allowing?
What beliefs are you still carrying?

Because once you change your Qi,
You change your destiny.

If Not You, Who Else?

I learnt this very powerful 5-word phrase from Singapore's highest ever box-office movie ever: "Ah Boys to Men II". In one scene, the recruits were about to start their 3-day field camp.  Their Officer-in-Command asked them, "Before we moved out, anybody not feeling well?"  All the soldiers replied loudly, "No Sir!!!" "Gentlemen", continued the Officer, "Every time the training gets tougher, one thought comes to your mind, 'Why Must I Serve National Service?' "My answer to you is, 'If Not You, Then Who Else?'" Wow!  What a powerful phrase!  If Not You, Who Else may mean: You are the most suitable person, and we can't find anyone better than you.  This is appreciation at the highest level How can you push this responsibility to someone else? I am making a request to you specifically, please don't reject my request Can you find me another person more suitable than you? Please refer me anot...

How I Became a Fortune Teller: Leveraging NLP, Fear and Greed, and Motivational Theories

Becoming a fortune teller wasn’t part of my childhood dreams. It started as an experiment, fueled by my curiosity about human behavior and the subtle forces that drive our decisions. Over time, what began as a study of psychology and human interaction evolved into an unexpected career—one where I use the tools of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), the primal drivers of fear and greed, and motivational theories to help people uncover their paths. The First Step: Understanding the Human Psyche I was always fascinated by why people do what they do. During my university years, I studied psychology, particularly the works of Abraham Maslow, B.F. Skinner, and Victor Vroom. Their theories provided insights into motivation, reinforcement, and decision-making. But I wanted to move beyond the academic realm and see how these theories worked in real life. Around this time, I discovered NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). This framework for understanding communication and behavior is based on the...
