People often ask me,
“Andy, why do your short 1- to 2-minute videos feel so inspiring? Where do you get all those ideas?”
And I tell them — I don’t plan too much.
When an idea comes, I’m ready.
I already have my setup — the right clothes, the camera, the stand.
When inspiration flows, I just press record.
Sometimes, I have no script at all.
I may only know, “Today I want to talk about wellness.”
Then I simply look into the camera… and speak from my heart.
And that’s when magic happens.
The words come. The energy flows.
Because it’s not a performance — it’s an expression.
It’s easy because each video is just 30 to 60 seconds — not 30 hours.
But the secret is consistency.
When I make one inspiring video every day,
the person who benefits the most… is me.
Every message reminds me of my own truth.
Every sharing strengthens my purpose.
Of course, when people watch and benefit, that’s wonderful.
But even if they don’t — I still know something important:
The algorithms in Tik Tok, YouTube Short, Facebook Reels, will do their part. The videos will find who needs it.
So I don’t chase views or likes.
I just do, I just share, I just flow.
And that’s my secret to making my videos — and my life — go viral.
Wonderful tips. Thanks for sharing
