Sandal is not about them, it is about Us

Scandal, Strategy, and Love Intelligence

Why do scandals spread faster than success stories?

Because deep down, people are not interested in gossip.
They’re asking a silent question:
“How did this happen… and could this happen to me?”

Recently, we saw a high-profile business scandal explode overnight.
Strong brand. Strong sales. Strong confidence.
And then — collapse.

I’m not here to judge anyone.
I’m here to extract the lesson.

Here’s the uncomfortable truth:
Scandals don’t start with bad people.
They start with good people operating under pressure — with low Love Intelligence.

And pressure reveals one thing brutally clearly:
  • Your character
  • Your decision-making
  • And your inner strategy
I teach two things that may look unrelated, but together they are lethal in business.
One is Love Intelligence.
The other is Sun Tzu Sales Secrets.

Love Intelligence answers this question:
How do you stay human, clear, and trusted under pressure?

Sun Tzu answers this one:
How do you win — without exposing yourself to destruction?

Now let me show you how scandals happen through the lack of 3Cs of Love Intelligence.

First: Care.
When Care drops, people stop seeing long-term consequences.
They see only targets, numbers, and ego.

Sun Tzu warned us:
“Victory without sustainability is defeat delayed.”

Second: Courage.
Most scandals are not caused by ignorance.
They are caused by silence.
People knew something was wrong.
But fear was stronger than truth.

Sun Tzu calls this:
Losing before the battle begins.

Third: Connection.
When Connection becomes transactional, no one dares to challenge power.
Echo chambers form. Reality gets filtered.
And that’s when organisations walk confidently… into traps.

Now here’s the uncomfortable part.
This is not about them.
This is about us.

Every time:
  • We ignore a red flag
  • We avoid a difficult conversation
  • We trade integrity for short-term gain
Our Love Intelligence drops.
And when LQ drops, strategy collapses, sales decay, and trust evaporates.

That’s why I wrote these two books.
Love Intelligence: so you never lose yourself under pressure.
Sun Tzu Sales Secretsso you win with positioning, not force.

If you want to:
  • Close deals without burning bridges
  • Build success without becoming the next headline
  • Win long-term, not just win loud
Then these books are not optional.
They are protective strategy.

One book is $35, 2 books is $39.90, just for day, limit to 13 people. WhatsApp '30' to Andy 93672286 to grab.

Because in today’s world:
The greatest competitive advantage is not intelligence.
It is Love Intelligence, guided by timeless strategy.

If Not You, Who Else?

I learnt this very powerful 5-word phrase from Singapore's highest ever box-office movie ever: "Ah Boys to Men II". In one scene, the recruits were about to start their 3-day field camp.  Their Officer-in-Command asked them, "Before we moved out, anybody not feeling well?"  All the soldiers replied loudly, "No Sir!!!" "Gentlemen", continued the Officer, "Every time the training gets tougher, one thought comes to your mind, 'Why Must I Serve National Service?' "My answer to you is, 'If Not You, Then Who Else?'" Wow!  What a powerful phrase!  If Not You, Who Else may mean: You are the most suitable person, and we can't find anyone better than you.  This is appreciation at the highest level How can you push this responsibility to someone else? I am making a request to you specifically, please don't reject my request Can you find me another person more suitable than you? Please refer me anot...

How I Became a Fortune Teller: Leveraging NLP, Fear and Greed, and Motivational Theories

Becoming a fortune teller wasn’t part of my childhood dreams. It started as an experiment, fueled by my curiosity about human behavior and the subtle forces that drive our decisions. Over time, what began as a study of psychology and human interaction evolved into an unexpected career—one where I use the tools of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), the primal drivers of fear and greed, and motivational theories to help people uncover their paths. The First Step: Understanding the Human Psyche I was always fascinated by why people do what they do. During my university years, I studied psychology, particularly the works of Abraham Maslow, B.F. Skinner, and Victor Vroom. Their theories provided insights into motivation, reinforcement, and decision-making. But I wanted to move beyond the academic realm and see how these theories worked in real life. Around this time, I discovered NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). This framework for understanding communication and behavior is based on the...
