THE ART OF WINNING WITH LOVE:

THE ART OF WINNING WITH LOVE:

How to Sell Smarter, Lead Stronger, and Achieve Breakthrough Results

Good afternoon everyone!

I’m so happy to see this room filled with energy, love, and purpose.

Before we begin, I’d like you to look around — look at the people beside you.

These are not just fellow distributors.

These are your partners in love, health, and destiny.

Let’s give them a big smile and say, “We’re here to win with love!”

Pause.

My name is Andy Ng.

For over 25 years, I’ve been helping leaders, teams, and professionals unlock performance using ancient Chinese wisdom — especially Sun Tzu’s Art of War — and modern human intelligence, which I call Love Intelligence, or LQ.

Today, in 45 minutes, you’ll walk away with three big breakthroughs:

1. How to use LQ — Care, Courage, Connection — to influence people and build trust faster.

2. How to apply Sun Tzu’s strategy to business growth and leadership.

3. How to combine heart and strategy so you can win without stress, without chasing, and without fighting.

Let’s begin.

Many years ago, I used to believe success was about pushing harder.

Work harder.

Sell harder.

Think harder.

Try harder.

But the harder I pushed, the harder the world pushed back.

One day, a client said something that changed my life:

“Andy, I don’t buy your ideas. I buy your belief.”

That sentence woke me up.

People don't respond to pressure.

They respond to energy, connection, care, and authenticity.

This is what I later defined as Love Intelligence — the ability to create results by influencing hearts, not forcing outcomes.

To demonstrate this, let's play a little game.

Take a piece of paper, place it on the table, press your fingers down, and try to tear it without lifting your fingers.

You’ll find it almost impossible.

Now try tearing it with the help of the person next to you.

Suddenly, it’s easy.

Why?

Because success rarely comes from force.

It comes from support, collaboration, and flexibility.

That is Love Intelligence in action.

1. Love Intelligence (LQ) — The Heart of Winning

Love Intelligence is built on the 3 Cs: Care, Courage and Connection

1. Care — Win Trust Before You Win Business

People don't open their wallets until they open their hearts.

Instead of asking “What do you need to buy?”

Ask, “What are you struggling with right now – health or wealth, or both?”

Or, “What outcome do you wish you had – health or wealth, or both?”

Care first.

Share later.

Business comes naturally after that.

2. Courage — Stay Consistent, Not Comfortable

Courage isn’t about being loud.

It's about showing up even when results are not immediate.

Courage is the follow-up call.

Courage is the second, third, fifth conversation.

Courage is doing the right thing even when no one watches.

As Sun Tzu teaches:

“He who is prepared and waits for the unprepared will win.”

Consistency beats talent.

3. Connection — Build Communities, Not Contacts

People stay because they feel they belong.

Connection is built through small celebrations, meaningful encouragement, and shared purpose.

If people feel safe with you, they will grow with you.

2. Sun Tzu Art of War — The Mind of Winning

Sun Tzu was not teaching war.

He was teaching strategy for life, leadership, and growth.

Here are three principles you can apply immediately:

1. Know Yourself, Know Others

Before you influence someone, you must understand:

• What they value

• What fears they have

• What outcomes they want

This is emotional intelligence + strategic intelligence combined.

2. Timing and Opportunity

Sun Tzu said,

“Opportunities multiply as they are seized.”

Move when the window is open.

Follow up when interest is fresh.

Respond quickly when people show readiness.

Timing makes an average strategy powerful.

3. Win Without Fighting

The greatest victory is the one achieved without conflict.

This means:

• Less pushing, more attracting

• Less arguing, more understanding

• Less chasing, more leading

Your energy becomes your magnet.

3. The Love Warrior Mindset

When you combine Love Intelligence with Sun Tzu’s strategy, you become what I call a Love Warrior.

A Love Warrior does not push.

A Love Warrior influences.

A Love Warrior does not use force.

A Love Warrior uses wisdom.

A Love Warrior does not chase results.

A Love Warrior creates conditions where results naturally come.

Say it with me:

“I am a Love Warrior. I sell with heart. I lead with wisdom.”

My CALL TO ACTION to you:

As you walk out of this room today, I want you to remember one thing:

AI may replace skills, but it cannot replace love.

Love is your ultimate competitive advantage.

If you lead with Care, act with Courage, and build with Connection,

you become unstoppable.

Let’s close together:

“I lead with love. I act with courage. I win with wisdom.”

Thank you, everyone.

I’m Andy Ng — speaker, trainer, and author.

If you'd like to bring this message to your teams or organization, come speak with me after the session.

How I Became a Fortune Teller: Leveraging NLP, Fear and Greed, and Motivational Theories

Becoming a fortune teller wasn’t part of my childhood dreams. It started as an experiment, fueled by my curiosity about human behavior and the subtle forces that drive our decisions. Over time, what began as a study of psychology and human interaction evolved into an unexpected career—one where I use the tools of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), the primal drivers of fear and greed, and motivational theories to help people uncover their paths. The First Step: Understanding the Human Psyche I was always fascinated by why people do what they do. During my university years, I studied psychology, particularly the works of Abraham Maslow, B.F. Skinner, and Victor Vroom. Their theories provided insights into motivation, reinforcement, and decision-making. But I wanted to move beyond the academic realm and see how these theories worked in real life. Around this time, I discovered NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). This framework for understanding communication and behavior is based on the...

If Not You, Who Else?

I learnt this very powerful 5-word phrase from Singapore's highest ever box-office movie ever: "Ah Boys to Men II". In one scene, the recruits were about to start their 3-day field camp.  Their Officer-in-Command asked them, "Before we moved out, anybody not feeling well?"  All the soldiers replied loudly, "No Sir!!!" "Gentlemen", continued the Officer, "Every time the training gets tougher, one thought comes to your mind, 'Why Must I Serve National Service?' "My answer to you is, 'If Not You, Then Who Else?'" Wow!  What a powerful phrase!  If Not You, Who Else may mean: You are the most suitable person, and we can't find anyone better than you.  This is appreciation at the highest level How can you push this responsibility to someone else? I am making a request to you specifically, please don't reject my request Can you find me another person more suitable than you? Please refer me anot...
