Most staff are just trained and good at facing the computer, not humans.

They lack patience in explaining, no EQ, no service.

Just good at sending emails and forwarding information.

No sales, no follow-up, no prospecting.

No time for thinking, strategizing, or bouncing ideas.

In an AI world, humans only do one job: deal with humans.

Not every moment face the computer. All such tasks can be done by AI in 1 min, when the persons spend hours checking data, inputting data, sorting out data, working on spreadsheets etc.
