I Look At My Son Differently like how I look at Training

People look at me at sixty-two.
Still active.
Still speaking.
Still training.
Still looking for business.

They ask me, “Andy, when are you going to stop? Isn’t AI doing your job better? AI can create content, deliver content, translate content into 120 languages. Do you still think you’re relevant?”

I always smile.
I don’t argue.
I ask them one simple question:

“Do you love your child… or do you just want your child?”

Because wanting someone and loving someone… are two different worlds.

Let me share a small story.

Years ago, my youngest son was at his naughtiest stage.
He refused instructions, talked back, challenged everything.
I would scold him, threaten him, push him harder.
And the more I pushed, the more rebellious he became.

Then one day, after a meditation course, something shifted in me.
I looked at him — really looked — and for just one second,
I held him in my heart with love instead of frustration.

Immediately, he sensed it.
He asked, “Daddy… what’s wrong?”

I said, “Nothing is wrong.
I just want to tell you that what you did just now… was actually quite good.”

He looked shocked.
“Daddy, I thought you wanted to scold me.”

And I told him softly,
“I would never scold you again.
I will control myself.
Because love is the greatest power.”

That moment changed our relationship.
It also changed my teaching.

So when people ask me,
“Andy, won’t AI take over your job?”

My answer is this:
AI can replace content.
AI can replace delivery.
AI can replace information.
But AI can never replace love.

People don’t come to my courses for slides.
They don’t come for government funding.
They don’t come for the venue or the certificates.

They come for one thing only:
They feel loved.

Do I go around hugging them? Telling them “I love you”?
Of course not.

My love is communicated through 3Cs.
Care —
I care enough to prepare deep content.
I care enough to give my best.

Courage —
I dare to speak my mind.
I dare to let them speak theirs.
Because honesty heals.

Connection —
I connect with them as humans,
and I help them reconnect with themselves,
their purpose, and the people they love.

No AI can do that.

AI has Artificial Intelligence.
I also have “AI”: Andy Intelligence.
Sometimes even Empty Intelligence when my mind becomes peaceful and open!

But what makes me truly irreplaceable is when I combine AI with something deeper, something ancient, something eternal.

Love Intelligence.
The intelligence of the heart.
The intelligence that transforms lives.

My book on this topic is now selling steadily on Amazon —
5 to 10 copies every single day without any marketing.
People search for it themselves.
Why?
Because this is the answer the world is looking for.

Ladies and gentlemen,
AI might replace many things.
But the moment you bring love into your life, your work, your leadership…

you cannot be replaced.

Love Intelligence is not just my work.
It is my life.
And it is the key to your future too.

How I Became a Fortune Teller: Leveraging NLP, Fear and Greed, and Motivational Theories

Becoming a fortune teller wasn’t part of my childhood dreams. It started as an experiment, fueled by my curiosity about human behavior and the subtle forces that drive our decisions. Over time, what began as a study of psychology and human interaction evolved into an unexpected career—one where I use the tools of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), the primal drivers of fear and greed, and motivational theories to help people uncover their paths. The First Step: Understanding the Human Psyche I was always fascinated by why people do what they do. During my university years, I studied psychology, particularly the works of Abraham Maslow, B.F. Skinner, and Victor Vroom. Their theories provided insights into motivation, reinforcement, and decision-making. But I wanted to move beyond the academic realm and see how these theories worked in real life. Around this time, I discovered NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). This framework for understanding communication and behavior is based on the...

If Not You, Who Else?

I learnt this very powerful 5-word phrase from Singapore's highest ever box-office movie ever: "Ah Boys to Men II". In one scene, the recruits were about to start their 3-day field camp.  Their Officer-in-Command asked them, "Before we moved out, anybody not feeling well?"  All the soldiers replied loudly, "No Sir!!!" "Gentlemen", continued the Officer, "Every time the training gets tougher, one thought comes to your mind, 'Why Must I Serve National Service?' "My answer to you is, 'If Not You, Then Who Else?'" Wow!  What a powerful phrase!  If Not You, Who Else may mean: You are the most suitable person, and we can't find anyone better than you.  This is appreciation at the highest level How can you push this responsibility to someone else? I am making a request to you specifically, please don't reject my request Can you find me another person more suitable than you? Please refer me anot...
