Love Intelligence: The Skill for an Unshakeable Life

Everyone is talking about AI.

People fear losing jobs, losing relevance, losing their edge.
But let me tell you something:
The greatest risk today is not AI.
The greatest risk is a human heart that forgets how to love.

Because when love dies,
energy drops,
creativity disappears,
and life becomes mechanical.

Not long ago, someone asked me,
“Andy, why do your students keep returning to your classes even after 20 years?”

My answer shocked them.
They don’t come for the content.
They come for connection.
They come to feel seen.
They come to feel loved.

Adults are not hungry for information.
They are hungry for inspiration, courage and hope.
And only love can deliver that.

Let me give you the core of Love Intelligence.

1. Care — See people, not just problems.
When you show genuine care, people trust you. I conduct lessons even when the attendance falls below the minimum attendance, and I hardly make money from it.

2. Courage — Say the truth with kindness.
Courage creates breakthroughs. I speak my mind, I don't follow the crowd. For example, years ago when everyone said it's good to invest in property in China, I cautioned them.

3. Connection — Build warmth and safety.
Connection opens the heart, and the heart opens the mind. I connect myself to the latest trends, and ask the audience at the beginning of the class what are the top 1 or 2 things that are keeping them awake at night. Before the class, ends, I ask what are the top 1 or 2 inspiraitons that they get from the class.

Love Intelligence is not soft.
It is the strongest force in human performance.
When you lead with it, people open up, step up, and grow up.

Today, I ask you to do one simple thing:
Before you speak, decide to love.
Before you judge, decide to understand.
Before you doubt yourself, decide to support yourself.

If you do this for seven days,
your relationships will change,
