“I didn’t start in training. I began in finance — KPMG, Deloitte, DBS Vickers, and finally Director of Finance & HR at Allied Telesis International. It was meaningful, but there was always a deeper calling.
In 2001, I took the leap to become a full-time trainer coach. Along the way, I discovered something bigger than strategy, skills, or knowledge: Love Intelligence.
It became clear: people don’t transform because of techniques. They transform because of energy, purpose, and love.
Everything I teach today flows from that foundation.”

“People misunderstand love. They think love is soft. They think it’s emotional.

“For years, I focused too much on knowledge and too little on energy.

But real breakthroughs only happened when I incorporated LQ; when I helped people reconnect with who they are at their best.
My biggest mistake was waiting too long to make Love Intelligence the centre of everything I do.
Today, it’s my compass.”
