In a world that seems to change faster than we can catch up, I’ve felt the weight of uncertainty. Jobs are replaced by AI, economies are challenged by trade wars, and personal hardships seem to add to the struggle. As a trainer and coach, I’ve faced setbacks, even as I branched out into the health equipment business. At times, it felt like life was piling on too much.

But then, something shifted.

Earlier this year, I met someone extraordinary — Dr. Vivian Passion Koh. From our first conversation, I sensed something different. Her energy was warm and her words had a way of reaching deep into my soul. There was no judgment, no pretense, just sincere listening and a heart-to-heart connection. After each chat, I felt lighter, like a burden was lifted.

Curiosity led me to learn more about Vivian’s SuperMe program. As someone who’s spent 29 years in the education field and led countless transformation workshops, I wasn’t sure there was much left to learn. Yet, I couldn’t ignore the sense of calm and purpose I felt around her.
