Why I Chose SuperME—and Why I Chose Vivian

Why I Chose SuperME—and Why I Chose Vivian

A Message from Andy, SuperME Community Co-Founder

There’s a saying: “In times of uncertainty, people don’t crave brilliance. They crave stability.”

That’s the world we’re living in right now.

Global tensions. Trade wars. AI replacing jobs. Markets stagnating.

The world is cooling—not in temperature, but in trust.

People are afraid to take bold steps, and honestly, who can blame them?

So when I look at what really makes a difference—it’s not the loudest voice in the room, not the most viral campaign.

It’s the quiet presence that brings people back to themselves.

That’s what I saw in SuperME.

But more importantly, that’s what I saw in Vivian Passion Koh.

You see, I’ve been part of large-scale training and coaching movements. Be it in Singapore, China or Malaysia, I’ve seen hundreds and thousands gather in rooms, get hyped, then return home unchanged.

I’ve seen movements rise fast and disappear even faster.

But Why Vivian? Vivian is not hype. She’s not performance.

Vivian is real.

When we spoke, there was no script. No agenda.

Just presence. Deep listening. Mutual truth.

And that’s rare in this world.

I realized then—I don’t want to just join another cause or course.

I want to build something that actually shifts people—from fear to clarity, from chaos to harmony.

And Vivian’s life work—her Pay Kindness Forward movement, her PLG framework, her music studio, her story—isn’t just transformational.

It’s needed.

I’m not here to duplicate what others are already doing.

There are many amazing people serving the elderly and the community, be it Lions Clubs, Rotary International, Hao Ren Hao Shi, etc, donating to causes, building organizations. That’s great—and they’ve got it covered.

What I bring is different.

I have, since 1996, spent decades as a coach, teacher, and trainer.

This is my lane. This is my strength.

So instead of adding $1,000 to someone else’s legacy, I’ve decided to build something with soul value.

Something that resonates far beyond today.

Something that helps people rise in this uncertain world.

That’s why I chose SuperME.

That’s why I chose Vivian.

And that’s why, on Visak Day, I launched this with my whole heart.

Because some things don’t need explanation.

They just need truth, timing, and trust.

Thank you, Vivian, for showing me what’s possible.

And to all who feel the resonance—this space is for you too.

– Andy

If Not You, Who Else?

I learnt this very powerful 5-word phrase from Singapore's highest ever box-office movie ever: "Ah Boys to Men II". In one scene, the recruits were about to start their 3-day field camp.  Their Officer-in-Command asked them, "Before we moved out, anybody not feeling well?"  All the soldiers replied loudly, "No Sir!!!" "Gentlemen", continued the Officer, "Every time the training gets tougher, one thought comes to your mind, 'Why Must I Serve National Service?' "My answer to you is, 'If Not You, Then Who Else?'" Wow!  What a powerful phrase!  If Not You, Who Else may mean: You are the most suitable person, and we can't find anyone better than you.  This is appreciation at the highest level How can you push this responsibility to someone else? I am making a request to you specifically, please don't reject my request Can you find me another person more suitable than you? Please refer me anot...

How I Became a Fortune Teller: Leveraging NLP, Fear and Greed, and Motivational Theories

Becoming a fortune teller wasn’t part of my childhood dreams. It started as an experiment, fueled by my curiosity about human behavior and the subtle forces that drive our decisions. Over time, what began as a study of psychology and human interaction evolved into an unexpected career—one where I use the tools of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), the primal drivers of fear and greed, and motivational theories to help people uncover their paths. The First Step: Understanding the Human Psyche I was always fascinated by why people do what they do. During my university years, I studied psychology, particularly the works of Abraham Maslow, B.F. Skinner, and Victor Vroom. Their theories provided insights into motivation, reinforcement, and decision-making. But I wanted to move beyond the academic realm and see how these theories worked in real life. Around this time, I discovered NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). This framework for understanding communication and behavior is based on the...
