Eric Moo and Andy: Not Choice but Calling

The Symphony of Success: Why Wealth Follows Virtue

There is a profound moment in the career of a true master when they realize their work is no longer a choice, but a calling.

The legendary Xinyao singer Eric Moo once described his journey in a way that resonates deeply with my own. He said he was born with a natural musical talent and that the universe "chosen" him to devote his life to music. For him, music isn't just a career; it’s a life passion and a mission.

As a corporate trainer for over 25 years, I have come to a similar realization. While Eric Moo expresses the soul through melodies, I express it through the ancient wisdom of Sinology and the framework of Love Intelligence (LQ). Our paths may look different, but our heartbeat is the same: we are both cultural bridges and mission-driven messengers.

The Bridge Between Two Worlds

Like Eric Moo, I have spent my life navigating the intersection of East and West. Having lived in Singapore for 63 years, I carry an international perspective that allows me to relate to the world in English, the global language of business, while holding a deep, ancestral understanding of Chinese culture and history.

Moo took the sounds of our region to the global stage. My mission is to take the "Life Technology" of Sinology: the Yijing, Sun Tzu’s Art of War, and translate them into a way of life for the modern professional.

The Core Secret: Virtue (德)

In my latest book, Love Intelligence, I address a question many struggle with: Why are brilliant people often broke?. The answer is that they rely solely on IQ, ignoring the ultimate currency of the AI era: Human Trust.

This is where the concept of Virtue (德 - Dé) becomes a game-changer. In Sinology, we say 财从德来 (Wealth follows virtue).

  • Virtue creates Trust.

  • Trust creates Cooperation.

  • Cooperation creates Wealth.

When you embrace Sinology as a way of life, you realize that Care, Courage, and Connection aren't just "soft skills", they are the highest form of intelligence. Just as a singer must be "in tune" to move an audience, a leader must be "in virtue" to attract opportunity and abundance.

Human, Not Humanoid

In an age of automation, Eric Moo’s music remains timeless because it is "Human." Similarly, my coaching focuses on teaching people "How to BE Human, Not Humanoid", mastering the conscious and subconscious mind with Love Intelligence.

We are at a turning point in history. The world has enough intelligence; what it needs now is more Love Intelligence. When we elevate our LQ, our Wealth Intelligence (WQ) expands automatically.

Join the Mission

I didn't choose this path; the path chose me. If you are ready to stop "working hard" and start "attracting wealth" through the power of virtue, I invite you to join me.

Whether it is through my book, Love Intelligence, or my upcoming live seminar, let’s make Sinology your way of life. Let’s create a symphony of success that is built on a foundation that never fades.

Wealth follows virtue. Are you ready to lead with your heart?

How I Became a Fortune Teller: Leveraging NLP, Fear and Greed, and Motivational Theories

Becoming a fortune teller wasn’t part of my childhood dreams. It started as an experiment, fueled by my curiosity about human behavior and the subtle forces that drive our decisions. Over time, what began as a study of psychology and human interaction evolved into an unexpected career—one where I use the tools of NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), the primal drivers of fear and greed, and motivational theories to help people uncover their paths. The First Step: Understanding the Human Psyche I was always fascinated by why people do what they do. During my university years, I studied psychology, particularly the works of Abraham Maslow, B.F. Skinner, and Victor Vroom. Their theories provided insights into motivation, reinforcement, and decision-making. But I wanted to move beyond the academic realm and see how these theories worked in real life. Around this time, I discovered NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). This framework for understanding communication and behavior is based on the...

If Not You, Who Else?

I learnt this very powerful 5-word phrase from Singapore's highest ever box-office movie ever: "Ah Boys to Men II". In one scene, the recruits were about to start their 3-day field camp.  Their Officer-in-Command asked them, "Before we moved out, anybody not feeling well?"  All the soldiers replied loudly, "No Sir!!!" "Gentlemen", continued the Officer, "Every time the training gets tougher, one thought comes to your mind, 'Why Must I Serve National Service?' "My answer to you is, 'If Not You, Then Who Else?'" Wow!  What a powerful phrase!  If Not You, Who Else may mean: You are the most suitable person, and we can't find anyone better than you.  This is appreciation at the highest level How can you push this responsibility to someone else? I am making a request to you specifically, please don't reject my request Can you find me another person more suitable than you? Please refer me anot...
