Let me start with a difficult question.
What if AI is not replacing jobs…
but replacing people who behave like machines?
Think about it.
Today AI can:
- write reports
- generate PowerPoint slides
- answer emails
- create music
- do customer service
- analyze legal documents
- even generate videos and code
And every few months, it becomes smarter.
Many people are afraid.
Harvard Students are afraid.
Government and MNC Executives are afraid.
Even trainers, consultants, accountants, and managers are afraid.
But perhaps we are asking the wrong question.
The real question is not:
“What can AI do?”
The real question is:
“What makes a human being truly human?”
That is the heart of this sharing.
A few months ago, I saw something disturbing.
A company proudly announced:
“With AI, we reduced our manpower significantly.”
Everyone clapped.
Higher productivity. Lower costs. Faster output.
But later I asked one of the staff privately:
“How do you feel?”
And she said something very painful.
She said: “I feel like I am training AI to replace myself.”
That sentence stayed in my mind.
Then I realized…this is not only a technology issue.
This is a karma issue.
Why karma? Because karma means causes and consequences.
For many years, society trained people to become mechanical:
- follow SOP
- don’t question
- suppress feelings
- repeat tasks
- chase efficiency
In many workplaces, people were rewarded not for humanity…
but for behaving predictably like machines.
Then suddenly we are shocked when actual machines arrive.
But perhaps AI is only completing the direction humanity already created.
That is karma.
If work becomes mechanical,
machines will naturally replace mechanical work.
But here is the deeper insight.
AI is not replacing humanity.
AI is replacing work that lost its humanity long ago.
And this changes everything.
Because now the most valuable skills may no longer be technical skills alone.
In the past, your value came from:
- what you know
- how fast you work
- how many reports you produce
But in the future, your value may come from:
- trust
- emotional stability
- creativity
- courage
- ethical judgement
- connection
- the ability to inspire people
In other words…
the future belongs to people with high Love Intelligence.
LQ.
Love Intelligence is not about romance.
It is the ability to create trust, courage, and connection under pressure.
And this is something AI still struggles with.
AI can imitate empathy.
But imitation is not presence.
AI can generate comforting words.
But it cannot truly care.
AI can analyze human emotions.
But it cannot experience conscience.
That is why the AI era is not only a technology revolution.
It is a humanity test.
And perhaps the greatest danger today…
is not that AI becomes too intelligent.
The greatest danger is humans becoming less human.
Look around us.
People are more connected digitally,
yet more lonely emotionally.
We have more information,
yet less wisdom.
More followers,
yet less genuine friendship.
More communication,
yet less understanding.
And many people today secretly feel exhausted.
Not because they work too hard.
But because they are disconnected from meaning.
That is why many highly paid people are unhappy.
Because the human heart cannot survive on efficiency alone.
This is also where Yijing gives us wisdom.
In Yijing, when something reaches an extreme,
it reverses.
When the world becomes too technological…
people begin searching desperately for warmth, sincerity, trust, and meaning.
That is why:
- authentic leaders become rare
- trustworthy people become valuable
- human connection becomes premium
In the AI era,
being human is no longer ordinary.
It may become your greatest competitive advantage.
And this is exactly why I created the LQ Edge seminar.
Not to fight AI.
But to help people remain deeply human in the AI age.
In the seminar, we explore:
- why trust is becoming the new currency
- how to build real human connection
- why a small increase in LQ can create massive breakthroughs
- how to avoid becoming emotionally mechanical
- how to lead with courage and humanity under pressure
Because the future may not belong to the smartest person.
The future may belong to the person people trust most.
So tonight, I want to leave you with one final question.
When AI can do almost everything…
what will still make YOU valuable?
Your answer to that question…
may determine your future.
Thank you.
And if this message resonates with you,
I invite you to join our LQ Edge seminar.
Discover how to stay trusted, relevant, and deeply human in the AI era.
